Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. By booking, you agree to provide accurate contact details. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, which you will not be charged for. Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total booked appointment charge. A missed appointment may result in 100% charge for the booked appointment and the requirement to pay a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened and the full booked appointment fee will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booked appointment, it’s unlikely we will have time to carry out the treatment and you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
